Faith vs Science – Can it only be one?

He set the earth on its foundations, so that it should never be moved. (Psalm 104:5 ESV)

1. The Source of Truth.

Every word of God proves true… (Proverbs 30:5 ESV)

I the LORD speak the truth; I declare what is right. (Isaiah 45:19)

2. The Signposts of Creation.

Look up and see! Who created these? He brings out the stars by number; he calls all of them by name. Because of his great power and strength, not one of them is missing. (Isaiah 40:26)

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the expanse proclaims the work of his hands. Day after day they pour out speech; night after night they communicate knowledge. (Psalm 19:1-2)

For his invisible attributes, that is, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what he has made… (Romans 1:20)

3. The Sovereignty of God.

[In creation] his invisible attributes…have been clearly seen…As a result, people are without excuse. (Romans 1:20)

For everything was created by him, in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities— all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and by him all things hold together. (Colossians 1:16-17)
